TAEON Branding Agency Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is a global-first branding & PR consulting group focused on entertainment and culture. We run performance-driven campaigns across short-form platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok), global PR, and editorial services through a distributed network of media and industry partners.
We are hiring a VP of Global Operations to lead international expansion and operational excellence—owning partner development, strategic execution, and external representation across global markets. This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially minded operator who can open doors, structure cross-border execution, and scale a global team and partner ecosystem.
Work style: Remote-first, with occasional travel as needed.

🔍 What You'll Work On
You will support a live global PR campaign that combines:
- International media pitching
- Major fashion & lifestyle magazines
- Photoshoots and brand collaborations
- Overseas publicity & media appearances
You'll be directly involved in how a Korean artist/actor is introduced to US, European, and Asian media markets.
🧩 Your Responsibilities
Global Growth & Partnerships
- Build and manage a global partner ecosystem (agencies, promoters, media, platforms)
- Identify and convert high-value clients (artists, labels, entertainment companies, brands)
- Lead commercial negotiations and close cross-border deals (retainerships, project contracts)
Operations & Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end execution quality for global campaigns (music marketing, PR, editorial)
- Design scalable workflows, timelines, and reporting across multiple markets and time zones
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (PR managers, campaign teams) to ensure delivery consistency
Team Enablement
- Mentor and support PR/campaign leads; raise execution standards and playbooks
- Establish performance KPIs, communication cadence, and partner management routines
External Representation
- Represent TAEON at industry events, conferences, showcases, and partner meetings
- Lead external communications relevant to global partnerships and corporate positioning
🎯 Who We're Looking For
- Senior experience in global operations, business development, or partnerships (entertainment/media/marketing preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close international deals
- Strong understanding of global entertainment ecosystems (labels, promoters, media, platforms, agencies)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication (written/verbal)
- Proven ability to run multi-market projects with tight timelines and high standards
- Comfort working remotely across time zones; willingness to travel occasionally
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to represent the company publicly
